Refund and Returns Policy

Every plant we sell is a living, one-of-a-kind specimen, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants.

Dead-on-arrival guarantee

We pack every order carefully and stand behind it. If a plant arrives dead or seriously damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the plant and the packaging. We will replace the plant where possible, or refund the affected item.

What is not covered

Normal transit stress, such as minor spine loss, slight dehydration, or soil movement, is not considered damage. Cacti are resilient and recover quickly with normal care. We cannot cover decline caused by overwatering, cold, or other care after delivery.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, and shipping is a flat $15. Orders are shipped within a few business days, with live-plant handling appropriate to the season.
